 The PM series infrared pyrometers are used to measure temperatures in the steel industry including high speed wire rod, steel or molten iron, hot rolled steel and ladles. Other industrial applications include cement kilns, glass production, as well as a range of industrial furnace  applications. Dual wavelength infrared Pyrometers are able to overcome application challenges such as targets with small cross sections, optical fouling and variable emissivity. Accurate temperatures are obtained even with pyrometer lens up to 95% obstructed.
